Is there a way to convert a PDF to the EPUB format and protect it with DRM?

So you can convert it and no else can? Why? If you're the one assigning rights to the file, then shouldn't you have access to the source file, and not just a PDF? – frabjous Oct 25 '10 at 21:43

For conversion I would check out Calibre. I try to avoid DRM so I don't have any suggestions there.
