Possible Duplicate:
How do I set Thunderbird to notify me of new emails in only certain folders?

I have my mail delivered to different IMAP folders depending whether they are direct mail or to a mailing list. When thunderbird reads these folders it notifies on every new mail in all folders. I do still want thunderbird to check and download from all folders as it currently is configured.

How can I disable new mail notification for all other folders than the inbox?

I think it's not possible. I'm looking for it for quite a while now, and I did not find anything.
