I am looking for the simplest possible app to pixelate faces in a few hours of video material. The faces will be moving slightly so it will be necessary to adjust the pixelation circle every few seconds. Does anybody know a tool that makes this task, although a little tedious, bearable? I do not want to create a new circle every few frames and create multiple layers etc. if at all possible.
