I had similar issue with faulty power button. It would get stuck (contact always on) and BIOS would power computer off after 4 seconds. After pressing it few times, it would get unstuck for some time. Few more presses and it would get stuck again. Easiest way to check this is to press button and then immediately disconnect it from motherboard (just two wires). If it works in that case, it is button. Otherwise, it is something related to cold.

There are many possibilities for such a problem. We can cite them all here, but will you replace so many parts in your computer for doubtful results? Rather than randomly changing parts, it is advisable to take the computer to a repairman that has the tools to analyze the problem. That way you will just pay for one faulty part.

In addition if all other things are fine, the temperature sensor could be faulty. This has happened to me before and even though temperatures are fine, comp shuts down thinking it is too hot/cold

Disconnect everything you don't need to do a basic power up, e.g. HDDs, DVD/CDs and then see if it will power up first time. It may be your PSU is dying.
