As the title says, I'm looking for an app to convert my batch of 1000s .tpi's into .bmp.

Any suggestions? Preferably opensource/freeware!

I don't know any free or open source apps but Ivan Image Converter's "Batch TPI Converter" feature seems quite helpful. You can just use the trial version to achieve what you want.
