I have a mytouch3g (the 2nd version with the headphone jack on top) and I want to upgrade the microSD card.

I'm planning on buying a $40 kingston 16GB card from newegg, but the class is only Class 4.

Given that there are faster cards out there, up to class 10, i need to decide if I should spent $95 on a class 10 card. (which would be 10MB/s versus 4 MB/s on a class 4.)

Can the mytouch 3g technically handle a 10 MB/s transfer rate from its SD card?

if so, would the faster transfer rate even be noticeable in practice?

and if so, would that improvement be more than twice as fast, given that it costs more than twice the class 4 card?
