Whats the best 'simple' clipboard manager available?

I’m trying to configure the following:

Let’s say I’m in a form and want to copy my resume without leaving or minimizing the application. Is there any way to configure a hotkey that would paste the info into the form? i.e. if I press F11 for example, it would open up a menu and I would have to only click on the choice I want (in this case, my resume), and it will paste it into the form.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Is there some reason the standard Ctrl+V wouldn't work, as long as you had previously copied the resume? – nhinkle♦ Nov 9 '10 at 3:41
