How to access phone files? [closed]

Question

I was wondering if there is any article out there or you have information on how to access phone files? I mean if my phone gets a virus how to get it out? Like how to access the phone OS files where all stuff which makes phone to work is kept.

I've heard that in order for person to listen to your phone they can send you a virus program which will silently (so you don't notice anything at all in your phone) listen while you call or your phone is just next to you..

It's not a smartphone, just regular phone which can be connected to pc with usb.

As @RedGritty mentions - it depends on your phone model. Also, the probability of a virus for feature phones is very, very slim none.
