I need a software; and that application will lock the computer's screen, keyboard and mouse. Each user must enter their uniq username-password combination to use the computer. Also the application must save a security log. We can learn who used computer for how long... (sorry about my English)

How about the user account feature that most operating systems already have? Also, what is the security log supposed to contain? – grawity Nov 15 '10 at 19:02
There is an only 1 user account active on windows. Because the computer broadcasts an online radio. Each user control the broadcast with respect to a schedule. If someone logon a diffrent account, he/she couldn't control (or access) the broadcast software. Security log just saves usernames and login-out times. – zix Nov 15 '10 at 19:39

Microsoft Windows XP with Microsoft Steadystate can do exactly what you request. Just make sure access auditing is turned on.
