How soon should we expect DirectX 11 capable laptops? If you look at a reputable manufacturer like Alienware, only DX10 capable laptops seem to be available.

I ask because I am currently working in DX10, but if I make a purchase I would like to make sure it can support DX11 in case I choose to use it later on.

Whoops, forgot to look into Dell. I wonder then why a manufacturer like Alienware who prides themselves on creating gaming machines would be lagging so far behind? – James Nov 18 '10 at 22:00
I think Alienware has stuck with nVidia, while the XPS laptops have been moving back and forth between nVidia and ATI. The ATI 5000 series based XPS have had DirectX 11. – Anonymous Nov 18 '10 at 22:05
