I need the best bios for overclocking that mainboard. What can you recommend me?
And Can I install it from pendrive if my old bios support pen bootable ?

Intel boards are not known for their ability to overclock - rather the opposite. Trying to flash it to anything other than an official Intel bios revision would be fraught with danger. However it's not a total loss. Check out this thread at overclock.net. It looks like Clockgen can alter the FSB at least. If you can boot from usb you can also likely flash the bios, provided you prepare the drive correctly. | |||
