Is there a service that reads an RSS feed, and based on a search pattern will post to twitter?

My colo/ISP has a planned maintenance RSS feed. But 80% of it does not concern my rack. What I'd like to do is use a service that reads the feed, and if it matches a simple pattern, it'll send me a tweet with the information and/or link.

You can do that using http://pipes.yahoo.com, although it involves some work.
