There are many, such as MyStudiyo, but I think you're better of googling "free interactive quiz creator" and researching your options from the results, as only you know exactly what you want to create and there are lots of options out there. | |||

There's the full-blown virtual learning environment Moodle, which will do that and more. Prior to moving to that I used to use a great perl-based app called QuizTest. | |||
