I downloaded Itunes 10 tonight after buying a new ipod touch. After it downloaded I could not access it and it said didn't have all the right files. I also could not access ITUNES on the apple site or go to apple.com. I called and they told me to delete all of the apple programs (quicktime..etc) and then download everything agian...but I cant get on apple or Itunes..I tried working with my firewall..but that isnt working...I am worried I lost everything I have downloaded.....and that I bought the touch for nothing...

You didn't buy it for nothing. It sounds like a connection problem caused the download to fail. Can you try downloading iTunes again at all? – Randolph West Dec 1 '10 at 5:07

"they told me to delete all of the apple programs". Before you do that make a backup of your iTunes library. And do not delete the library ever if you have paid content in there. – Thilo Dec 1 '10 at 5:18
