It seriously takes an hour for my computer to get to Windows, but once it does, it works perfectly. This hasn't always happened, but I'm not real sure what's changed since.

There is a video at the following link that shows almost exactly what I'm experiencing.

POST screen ultra slow.

I saw where he answered his own question and said he fixed it by moving the video card to the top slot, but mine's already in the top slot. Any ideas?
