zeb, duplicate questions are not helpful, but reposting your own question surely is not appreciated here. Instead, please see How to get attention for your old, unanswered questions, be sure to read the FAQ and note that a good title should summarize the question. Thanks! –  Arjan Dec 8 '10 at 7:08

1 Answer 1

Insufficient information:

What is the complete command you are typing? What error message do you get? What OS are the other computers using?

Suggest going to google and typing "win7 msg.exe"

Suggesting Google is not really helpful, see How to deal with Google questions. And the rest of your post should have been a comment. Please delete this before folks downvote it! Don't be scared away though; you'll soon have the 50 points to be able to comment. Welcome to Super User! –  Arjan Dec 8 '10 at 7:05
Strange that sometimes it appears one can post answers but not comments. The problem cited is a complex issue with a whole range of causes and the user would do well to work through some of these and report in more detail their results. –  adam Dec 9 '10 at 23:57
