I would like to buy an ebook reader that allows me to load and read pdf created in our organization, like sales reports, annual reports, meeting notes etc. Which ebook reader allows me to load pdfs without DRMs or does not force me to load only those books that are available online for purchase.

Questions on Super User are expected to generally relate to computer software or computer hardware, within the scope defined in the faq.

I've loaded .pdf both directly and via whispernet to my Kindle3 (Europe). For sales reports etc. you may care to think how they'll translate into monochrome. A colour screen may be better for you. The layout of some documents makes them difficult to read on a small screen although you can rotate to horizontal and scroll down the page. I´d guess that .pdf would be widely supported by most readers.
