Now and then im asked by family members and friends to fix their computer and often i can't be on location.

Ive been using skyfex.com for some time now, but only the free one that limits control only to 5 minutes. I usually get the job done in 5-15 mins but im not going to pay for skyfex since i dont do this every day.

Does anyone want to suggest a remote control software that works (no matter what)? I want something else then the built in with messenger (Windows Remote Assistance), becuase ive experienced situations where im not able to connect when using windows remote assitance.

I think there are restrictions on how many computers you can have the software on with the free version, but if it's just a few friends/family members (as in my case) it works out great. – Brenton Taylor Dec 13 '10 at 14:10
