I am looking for a system that have Project Management and Helpdesk functionality in one system. There are quite a few, and I have been to Buissy.com to find a list of a few. Does anyone have anything to recommend? We are 15 developers and 2 Helpdesk agents. We are mainly working with scrum. Thanks! | |||

We are using VisionProject for the Help Desk and the Project Management functionality. It also includes a portal for customers to enter and track the issues they or someone in their organisation reported. We actually managed to remove several systems when we bought VisionProject, since it also includes document management and knowledge base as well. They have quite a few videos on YouTube that actually shows a bit how the system. Just search for VisionProjectHQ and you will find them. | |||
