I want to know is there a software that monitors any application from installation to running to uninstallation.

I would like to know what files does the application access/read/modify/delete, and what registry key does it accesss/read/modify/delete.

If there is any software like this I would like to have a download link or its name.

Since you use the phrase "registry key", I'm assuming you're asking about Windows and not CP/M. – Dennis Williamson Dec 27 '10 at 1:39
