Typically for wireless, your best choice is the cheapest one (that isn't from some really shady company). Remember that as you get in to the N space, you have more features to think about. Some cards support MIMO (more antennas!), some don't. Some cards are dual-band (support N in both of the possible frequency ranges) and some aren't.

You're going to have a hard time finding a PCI wireless adapter of any quality without an external antenna - the PC case dampens wireless signals, you need to put something outside of the case, typically sticking right off the back of the card.
