I just switched to the Chrome beta channel in order to use the experimental "side tabs" feature. I've gotten them working, but the side bar is surprisingly narrow. Is there any way to resize it so that I can have more browsing area?

You'll notice they are exactly as wide as the tabs on top. And they are probably experimental for a reason. You don't need just the beta, but also a command-line parameter. You'll probably just have to wait a few weeks. –  Daniel Beck Jan 3 '11 at 17:41

I hadn't noticed that, actually — gives me another avenue of approach, thanks. And yes, I'm quite certain it'll be added to stable once it's polished, but for now, using the command-line switch seems to require beta, dev, or canary. –  Ben Blank Jan 3 '11 at 19:48

@Daniel - but also a command-line parameter or just flip it from about:flags –  Sathya Jan 4 '11 at 6:29

@Sathya Which setting in about:flags? I can't find it (at least on OS X). –  Daniel Beck Jan 4 '11 at 8:21
