Do you know any movie program or VLC plugin to show 2 subtitles at one time?

KMPlayer offers that feature.

If you have two .srt files, right click on the video screen, then select "Subtitles... Add multiple subtitles" and choose your first subtitle. The dialog will close, and right click on the video screen again and select "Subtitles... Subtitle languages... 2nd subtitle", then click on your second sub file. You should then have one subtitle at the top, and the other one at the bottom.

Another possibility is to merge two subtitle files into one file. This is explained on this page.

This would be complicated, and not the best with timing - but you could open two instances of VLC, with one on top showing one language, and leave a little space at the bottom for the second window to appear to show the 2nd language, but not the entire video...

According to one of the developers, it does not.

see cached version of forum (webpage is out because of SQL server problem):

I've been using :

You can provide subtitle in any language and it works well. However, it only take .SRT files as input.
