Is there an application to connect to router?

The router's web interface is limited and doesn't include the option I am looking for (disconnecting form the internet).
I hope this can be done by sending specific UPnP command action to it.

Upnp is automatic in XP if the service is turned on, you can access the router by punching in its ip address into any web browser. You might edit your post to include what you are trying to accomplish. – Moab Jan 13 '11 at 16:57
