First let me tell you that after first Samsung Spinpoint F1 1T which had problems with bad sectors even after low level format. Because HDD warranty was still valid I got the replacement for that crappy HDD a shinney new disk Samsung Spinpoint F3 1T. Well after 6 months I have experienced random freezes until recently when Windows 7 had to fix stuff to even boot into Windows.
I ran ES-Tool and got a very same error as on previous HDD F1 error Service code "AJ36" aka bad sector. I did low level format and now there are no errors. So... I switched to other sata port on MB what the hell i've really had it with reinstalling OS and making backups ...
Oh, let me mention this extra info: I also have one SATA disk and one IDE disk which are working without any problems. Also, I have the latest MB firmware (Gigabyte ex58 ud5).
