What exactly are you looking for? What does it have to sniff? Do you require to see driver level network traffic or just protocol traffic? Could you clarify your question? – Tom Wijsman Jan 29 '11 at 0:51
For the love of Baal, complete sentences please – random Jan 29 '11 at 4:34
I think the OP is looking for a packet sniffer similar in capability to Wireshark, that does not require installation or Administrator rights. I suggest someone with sufficient privs edit and re-open. – Iszi Rory or Isznti Jan 29 '11 at 7:46

It's difficult to tell what is being asked here. This question is ambiguous, vague, incomplete, overly broad, or rhetorical and cannot be reasonably answered in its current form. See the FAQ for guidance on how to improve it.

No. On Windows (or any sane OS), you cannot monitor network traffic without sufficient privileges (in this case, Administrator).

Which OS would you classify insane? :) – Ciaran Jan 28 '11 at 23:04
