I had one user account with my name and then i enable my Administrator account

Now i wan to all my account setting from that account to Admin Account like desktop my document browser Visual studio configuration all that etc.....

How can i do this?

I think theMicrosoft Scanstate tool will handle that.Technet Migrate Accounts
