Does anyone know of a reader that supports this functionality?
The built-in reader for the iPhone does not support this.
EDIT: GoodReader sounds good, but are there any free applications that do this?

GoodReader supports passwords, large files and advanced reading & scrolling options.

+ 1 for GoodReader - it is the best of all the PDF readers that I have found and can handle large PDF files (>20 mb) without problems. –  Russ Cam Aug 18 '09 at 8:03
I also use GoodReader. You should consider spending $4.99. Also, it can handle large file very well. –  splattne Aug 18 '09 at 8:22
