I'm looking for a home media player (similar to WD TV, Asus O Play, Patriot box office etc), that will do the following:

  • HDMI output @ 1080
  • Plays a variety of file formats including MKV
  • Interal HDD
  • USB ports
  • Wired network interface (copy files from other PC's directly to the HD)
  • Internet browsing - I want to play a stream from any URL, usually flash

Does such a device exist?

Look at the Roku XD/S, it has a usb port for playing files, not sure what it supports....roku.com/roku-products#2 – Moab Feb 8 '11 at 16:29
