I got the error when start Outlook as below screenshot. Please help if you know how to fix it.

Start in safe mode with outlook.exe /safe in the Start > Run menu, and disable your add-ins one at a time until you find out which one is causing it.

Did you look at the other steps in the Source link I posted? There's talk of deleting a manifest file as well, which might require digging on your part. – Randolph West Feb 9 '11 at 8:27

@Potter: Outlook on my PC works well before I update it by following Windows Auto Update. Now the error reappear. I have tried to remove the manifest file. – Nam G. VU Feb 11 '11 at 7:43
