I work at an office where Pandora is blocked. Until Pandora, I never really had any application that I wanted to run on a mobile device, so I just carry around a cheap cell phone.

I would like to know what the minimum requirements are to get Pandora on a mobile device such as a cell phone so I can start listening at the office. Can anyone suggest an inexpensive smartphone that would fulfill these requirements?

Don't forget you'll also be paying for data service from your phone service provider on top of the cost for an inexpensive smartphone. – ngen Feb 11 '11 at 20:33
Find a used iPhone maybe? – Zoredache Feb 11 '11 at 20:57

I believe that there is a Pandora app that works on just about any droid. I have one of the first droids released, and it will not even support Android 2.2 (newest OS) but I can still listen to Pandora. Granted, it kills my battery, but while I am listening, I leave the phone charging. If it can run on my droid, it can run on any droid. I can't even play angry birds on my droid correctly.
