I am looking for a program for Windows XP that is similar to the Linux utility gdevilspie. It should let one set specific folders to open upon booting up Windows XP and specify their specific arrangement and size. It would also be great if the program were able to remember the virtual workspace as done through Windows XP power tools.

Just found desksoft.com/WindowManager_Screenshot.htm which seems to be the closest so far. – afonit Feb 15 '11 at 22:14
