Is there a free tool that will sync files between my PC and Google Storage, similar to Dropbox?

There is Syncany:

Syncany is an open-source cloud storage and filesharing application. It allows users to backup and share certain folders of their workstations using any kind of storage, e.g. FTP, Amazon S3 or Google Storage.

It supports file manager integration and versioning.
The great thing about is that it encrypts the data locally. This is important if you don't want Google to snoop around in your files.
