I'm having trouble getting Tor working on my computer. I'm a Ubuntu 10.04 user. I've been following the these installation instructions. I started both services (sudo /etc/init.d/tor start, and sudo /etc/init.d/polipo start) and was able to verify that the Tor services is running on port 9050. I then installed Vidalia and Torbutton for Firefox.
However, when I try to enable Torbutton, I get a message saying
