I have several folders, and within each folder, there are zip files. I want to run a command line order to recursively go through every folder and extract in place every archived file that it finds, then move on to the next folder. Is this even possible? Thanks

Have you tried the open source Multi Unpacker tool for Windows? It requires you having installed WirRAR but other than that it's actually pretty versatile..
