cannot send photos to my computer. Yes, I have the USB. Yes, I have installed what I was asked to do with techs. Then, frustratingly, none of this can be found.

You may have to give a little bit more information. What camera? What OS? Is it connected? Is camera on? Are you using mass storage mode or PTP? – Olli Feb 23 '11 at 8:40
