Can anyone help me. I have a WD TB external hard drive and it shows unallocated in my computer but i cannot partition it. Im not very experienced with doing this. Is there any way i can veiw the files on the hard drive without deleting them?

It's difficult to tell what is being asked here. This question is ambiguous, vague, incomplete, overly broad, or rhetorical and cannot be reasonably answered in its current form. For help clarifying this question so that it can be reopened, see the FAQ.
If it's unallocated, that means it doesn't think there's even a partition on it, let alone any files.
If this was partitioned on a different machine, and you know there should be files on it, you may not be using a filesystem that works with the operating system you're trying to view it under.
Another alternative is that the partitions on the disk were outright deleted. It's also possible that the cable or drive itself are defective.
