How can I connect to headsets with USB connection to my computer to use the Skype program.

Since you didn't specify an operating system, you can do this on OS X by creating an aggregate audio device; a single audio device consisting of multiple physical devices. This is set up in Audio MIDI Setup.app in the /Applications/Utilities folder. You can find a complete instruction set here. I've done this to record podcasts with GarageBand and it's worked wonderfully.
