Try this:

Win Key + RightArrow + RightArrow + DownArrow + DownArrow+ Enter

Granted it's more than a few keys, but it'll get the cursor over the "Log Off" menu item and should work...

Weird, on my machine it goes straight to "Log Off", are you using an English version of Windows 7? What does it actually do? Also, you don't need to hold down the Windows key, just tap them in the sequence... – Mokubai Feb 28 '11 at 17:58
I can confirm this works if done in sequence. – Kyle Feb 28 '11 at 18:01
