Does anyone know of a utility / Windows hack that would do all copy and move operations in NTFS transactions?

I hate it when I move a folder, there is a problem with file 123.txt and files 1 through 122 are moved while the rest isn't.

Perhaps try Teracopy - it does some pretty clever things and integrates well into the OS.
