Will it work? And if so, will it run pretty fast? Also, if I don't need any of the more expensive parts, or better parts, let me know as well please. Any feedback would be helpful.

You should be fine with that build. Be careful if you decide to add a video card, the 430 watt might be a little light for most graphics cards but should be fine for any low profile card. – Kyle Mar 11 '11 at 20:18
Shopping recommendations are off-topic per the FAQ - superuser.com/faq. I also think this counts as 'too localized'. (That said, it's an acceptable build IMO, although that much RAM might be overkill if you don't need it all). – Shinrai Mar 11 '11 at 20:20
(kyle)I will be running a Nvidia GeForce 9600 GT so I will check on a PSU with more wattage power. Thanks a lot for that tip. (Shinrai)I'm not sure how much RAM I will need (???). I'm retarded with this stuff but I'm trying to learn. Any advice on the RAM? – b.carroll Mar 11 '11 at 20:26
@Kyle, if they add a video card? @Shinrai, 8GB is overkill these days? – Synetech Mar 11 '11 at 20:29
Depends on what your doing, but if you have the money to spend why not get some extra RAM? Oh and I believe the 9600GT is fine with a 430 off the top of my head I remember they(nvidia) recommend a 350 watt. However I am voting to close as well since this is quite localized and not useful to the general internet audience. – Kyle Mar 11 '11 at 20:29
