Is there any good cross-platform software for managing logins and passwords. I'm going to store encrypted file in Dropbox.

Any other good practices for storing passwords and logins?

KeePassX is a cross-platform Java application. Depending on what platforms you need to support, there may be other solutions such as 1Password.
