i'm using firefox downloadhelper, but it is just downloading audio only with this video.. it's a 10min clip and the file size when downloading is only 20MB because it's not downloading the video, just the audio.

can anybody suggest why/a fix.. or perhaps a good alternative to downloadhelper.

Multiple solutions are welcome

try http://keepvid.com/ also try https://addons.mozilla.org/en-us/firefox/addon/youtube-download/

Lastly, try programs like wmrecorder, and replay media catcher.

It'd be nice to use youtube-download but i get the same problem as downloadhelper had. just audio – barlop Mar 18 '11 at 3:15
wm recorder looks like it might be good but i'd rather free, and the limted vresion has 5min limit it looks like. – barlop Mar 18 '11 at 3:17
