I find it pretty easy to determine what's beeing asked here. And yes, it can be answered reasonably. What's so hard in interpreting the output of uptime? I mean, come on. You're the superuser, right? On real life production servers with Linux ( 2-3 SAP systems running with 2-50 users) my uptime stabilizes around 3 month, then I need to reboot because some patch comes around or someone messes up something or we need to do hardware maintenance. On my firewall with OpenBSD on an embedded system: today 357 days uptime. – Florenz Kley Mar 21 '11 at 11:15

It's difficult to tell what is being asked here. This question is ambiguous, vague, incomplete, overly broad, or rhetorical and cannot be reasonably answered in its current form. See the FAQ for guidance on how to improve it.
