convert primary to logic partition (memory card)

Question

I have a 1GB Memory Card which had been set as primary partition. I want it to change it to a logical partition.

I have already tried to - delete the contents with Fedora Linux. - Used Paragon Partition Manage 10 to delete the contents and tried to change it to a Logical partition.

But I couldn't achieve.

Any sort of help would be appreciated.

Create an extended partition to contain the logical partition first.
