I'm taking a statistics class currently. I don't have great handwriting and I often have to erase / re-do things which I've already written and we can submit a printed version instead. Is there any software you can recommend for the Mac (non-LaTeX and easy to use) which makes writing math / statistics on the computer comparable to writing by hand?

EDIT: I was looking for a GUI application, not latex b/c I don't want to learn tex .... something which i can easily write mathematical symbols with.

Why isn't LaTeX an option? – Wuffers Mar 25 '11 at 22:46
You need to say more than just "not LaTeX" and include at least why LaTeX doesn't suit. More details – random Mar 25 '11 at 22:49

Is this as in some kind of equivalent to the "Microsoft Equation Editor" that is a part of Office? – Mokubai Mar 25 '11 at 23:03
