I just purchased a HP Pavilion dv5 and I'm trying to install Quicktime. It will only install 4% and then stall out. I'll quit and attempt again. It will do the same thing at 4% intervals. I'm not sure why it's not installing the program on my Windows 7. Could you please help? I've tried troubleshooting and deleting my temporary folder, but I'm not sure that has done anything.
