I am running Windows 7 Home Premium on 64-bit architecture. Windows Update lists one "Important" update even though I've installed it. It is: KB2463332. There is no error when I install the update, however after I install it, it still shows in the list of available updates.

I've tried running the Windows Update troubleshooter but it doesn't seem to correct this issue. Any ideas how I can resolve this?

I ended up hiding this update in Windows Update manager.

Long shot, but have you tried installing the full update from this link? http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/en/details.aspx?FamilyID=b953e84f-9307-405e-bceb-47bd345baece

no dice. I'm not even sure why SQL Server is installed on my laptop. I think something else required it? I'd be happy to just remove it, but not sure what I would break... – AJ. Apr 1 '11 at 2:08
