Are there any upload software for upload videos to YouTube? Is there software that can upload quickly?

Windows Live Movie Maker (AFAIK) can upload stright to youtube. I don't know if this is what you are after. And if it uploads "fastly" that would depend on your internet connection. – tombull89 Mar 29 '11 at 12:37
@tombull89, i'm asking this because browser's can't use maximum capasity for upload. Some applications can upload with maximum speed. – Eray Alakese Mar 29 '11 at 12:48
Ah OK, wasn't aware of that. Apart from that I don't know of any others (although not being a massive YouTube uploader I wouldn't be sure) – tombull89 Mar 29 '11 at 13:09

Try youtube video uploader - this does exactly what it says on the tin. Also, if you google for youtube video uploader you will find a wide range of applications which will do it.

The ones I have used can all max out my upload speed, so I don't think the app will be your bottleneck.
