Possible Duplicate:
How can I configure my ADSL modem and Home PC to be able to access from external?

Others asked and answers on this question "What’s the best Remote Desktop Application?", the question is, why i need these applications to remote my home pc, while i don't need these applications while connecting to my dedicated web hosting server.

I know that the server have a static IP and i don't.

But having a static IP is the only difference, or should i do somethings else?

Also is there any way to remote desktop access while the IP is dynamic? "i can get the dynamic ip and save it everyday".

For getting Dynamic IP, check DynDNS.

About the ability to connect to your hosted web-server,
if you mean through a web-browser, that is entirely a different thing
(however, knowing the IP address of the server helps -- static or through DNS lookup).

To get a remote-desk session to your machine (even if it is over an internal network and you know the IP address), you will need to run some form of terminal-service software on the server.

You already have a link for such applications in your question.
And the top-voted-answer there is quite good.

There are services to cope with connecting to a dynamic IP.

I use dyndns this allows me to chose a domain name, and associate it with any IP address.

I'm lucky enough to have a modem that supports it out of the box, so every time it connects, I can find my network on the Internet.

Useful things you can do with this:

Access other machines on your home network.

Access your modem settings from you local network, leaving it protected from the outside.

If you're using a website that is dependent on IP (perhaps for geo-location) you can log in from a different place.

My favorite is using ssh -D which allows me to use a socks proxy to any computer I can ssh to, letting me browse from around the world, just from my desktop.

TeamViewer

dyndns.org

create and account and then plug your credentials into your home router or computer. It will then automatically update your IP address, so that to read your home computer you simply type in the address you choose from dyndns. Here is a how-to

If you have a router you will need to setup port forwarding as well (port 3389)

Alternatively you could look into logmein. Its a free (or pay) remote desktop solution that is very easy to setup and use. It doesnt not require any port forwarding and is great for helping you parents, siblings, friends, uncle, etc. etc

You may also want to take a look at Hamachi. Especially if you're having problems with inter-network connections. https://secure.logmein.com/products/hamachi/list.asp
